I needed a wiper motor and they also let me know I needed some other things done to my car to pass inspection. I had a strict budget and I couldn't afford to go over that amount. To my surprise I didn't. The staff there are all very nice and respectful. The star employee is Lily.

Super nice people to work with. I was short a few dollars to pay my bill , and they let me go to the bank and get the balance. They also suggested I check at the bank and find out why there was a hold on my account . Everyone was extremely patient and kind. I will continue to bring my car there for service.

Had a 3:30 pm oil change & tire rotation. After a few laughs with the service writers, I plopped down in the waiting room. I don’t think I was even there an hour. I was in & out — no fuss, no muss. This was my first time going to the Milton Ave. location, after getting a TPMS monitor fixed on my Camry at their Brewerton Rd shop. It doesn’t matter which location. They’re great, and they’re getting all my routine maintenance business from here on out!!

This is the second time John’s has saved our biscuit. Both times were for inspection and not only did they not say you had a year to prepare but they fit us in quickly, with no judgment.🤣 Then, my husband had an appointment for Monday morning. With the storm coming we were going to drop it off Sunday. John happened to be plowing at the same time. He had Mic pull his truck into one of the bays. I got John’s name from friends and I will also give his name to anyone needing an auto shop.

I had a handful of issues with my older SUV a 2013 Nissan Armada. Bill was a great help suggesting what should be done, it was obvious that Bill was more worried about getting me back on the road in a fiscally responsible manner, rather than just throwing money at a problem in hopes that it fixes the issue. The folks in the front office were also friendly and attentive. My vehicle is back on the road without devastating my savings account, for this, John’s Auto Care on Milton Ave is now my go to mechanic shop. I have peace of mind knowing my next fix will go smoothly. Thanks again.

I’ve been going to John’s to have my car serviced for over 20 years and have never had a complaint. The prices are reasonable and they aren’t in the business to rip people off. Great experience at John’s Auto Care. They carefully explained the condition of my brakes with photos and never pressured me into any repairs. I had major brake work done, including calipers, along with an oil change, and everything was completed faster than expected. The team was patient, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. The pricing felt fair, and my car feels much safer and smoother now. I have several long road trips coming up, and they made me feel confident that the car is ready to go. Highly recommend!
